On the continent every car has a 6.6 kW single-phase charger as standard, and the Advanced Charge pack swaps it for an 11 kW three-phase unit with V2L, V2G and 50 kW DC charging. UK cars are expected to come with the pack as standard. The Twingo is 3.79 metres long, built in Slovenia, and its 27.5 kWh LFP battery gives 163 miles on the WLTP cycle. Renault's figure with a 32 A cable such as our \u003ca href=\"\/collections\/type-2\"\u003e22 kW Voldt® Type 2 charging cable\u003c\/a\u003e is about three and three-quarter hours from 10 to 100% on such a wall box with the pack, or just over four hours with the standard charger, provided your installation supplies 32 A. With a 16 A cable the same wall box would deliver 3.7 kW, and Renault's figure rises to about seven and three-quarter hours. At public 22 kW posts the pack car charges at 11 kW, from 10 to 100% in roughly 2 hours 35 minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBecause the inlet is on the right front wing, parking nose first keeps the cable short. Facing a right-hand wall box, the Twingo leaves only about 1.3 metres of route, well within a six-metre cable, while reversing in adds the car's full 3.79-metre length and needs an eight-metre cable. If another car blocks the bay in front of the wall box, a ten-metre cable suits nose-in parking and a 15-metre one suits reversing.
