Warranty and complaints


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, sometimes an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that leads to a warranty claim. By law, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovery. If the fault is covered by the guarantee, we will repair or replace it free of charge.


In the event of a complaint, the consumer must first contact Voldt. In the case of complaints that cannot be resolved through mutual consultation, the consumer should contact the Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which mediates free of charge. If a solution cannot be found, the consumer has the option to refer the complaint to the Stichting GeschilOnline (www.geschilonline.com), whose decision is binding and accepted by both the trader and the consumer. Recourse to this dispute resolution commission entails costs that the consumer has to pay to the commission. It is also possible to file complaints via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
