With an IP67-rated cable, yes. Route the cable so connectors are not sitting in standing water for hours if you can avoid it: IP67 covers temporary immersion, but there is no reason to test it every night. Keep connector caps on when the cable is not in use, and avoid domestic extension leads or daisy-chained adapters for outdoor charging.
