There is a charging solution for every situation

Collection: Skoda charging cable

Škoda's electrified lineup runs from compact city-friendly EVs to full-size family SUVs, with the Elroq and Enyaq iV covering the fully electric end and the Kodiaq PHEV and Octavia PHEV handling everyday journeys where a combustion engine still has a role. All four share a Type 2 inlet, which means the same Voldt® cable works across the range. The right power rating depends on which model you drive, and the right cable length depends on where you charge.

Voldt® charging cables for every Škoda

The Škoda Elroq and Enyaq iV both come with an 11 kW AC onboard charger. A Voldt® 11 kW three-phase cable matches that capacity directly and handles any compatible wall box or public charge point. A 22 kW cable is available for drivers who want room to grow as faster charge points become more widely available.

The Škoda Kodiaq PHEV and Octavia PHEV have a 3.7 kW onboard charger as standard, upgradeable to 7.4 kW. A Voldt® 7.4 kW single-phase cable covers both configurations and makes the most of whichever charge point is available. All four models connect directly to any Voldt® Type 2 charging cable without an adapter.

Cable length is worth settling before you buy. At home, the distance from your wall box to the inlet changes depending on how you park and which side of the car the inlet is on. At public charge points, post positions vary and bays are not always pulled in straight. A 4–6 m cable suits a close garage setup. Most driveways and carports work well with 8 m. For public charging, shared home points, or longer runs, 10–15 m removes the guesswork.

Charging scenarios & cable recommendations

Charging scenario What to look for Recommended
Home wall box, garage or close-range driveway Short run, controlled environment 11 kW, 4–6 m
Standard driveway or carport, inlet on either side of the car Enough slack to reach both sides without pulling 11 kW, 8 m
Public charge points, mixed bay layouts Flexibility for off-angle parking and variable post positions 11 kW, 8–10 m
Shared home charge point, two vehicles Length to cover both parking positions 11 kW, 10–15 m
Future-proofing for faster infrastructure Ready for 22 kW charge points without swapping cables 22 kW, any length
PHEV top-ups at home or on the road Matches 7.4 kW onboard charger upgrade 7.4 kW single-phase, 6–8 m

A portable charger for your journeys

A Voldt® portable EV charger plugs into a standard Schuko socket for 3.7 kW or a CEE industrial outlet for up to 22 kW three-phase, no wall box required. Rated IP67, it handles outdoor use in all conditions. For Kodiaq PHEV and Octavia PHEV drivers, smaller battery capacity means quicker charge cycles and more regular top-ups, and a portable charger kept in the boot turns any suitable socket into a charge point.

Built to last, backed by Voldt®

Voldt® cables carry CE, UKCA and TÜV certification, are rated IP67, and come with a 3-year warranty as standard. Every order ships free with a 100-day hassle-free return policy. Stock is held in-market across the UK and Europe, so delivery is fast and reliable whichever Škoda you drive.
